I see freerunning as a sport where you use your whole body, you learn freerunning step by step so that you can practice this sport safely.
The goal is community, having a great time with others and lots of movement.
Freerunning originated from France it was first implemented in the army where the goal was to move over obstacles as fast as possible.
What I like about freerunning is you’re totally free, you don’t need anything to excercise this sport.
